X = 11

The letter X is a form of the letter T in its aspect as the Tau, or Tao, and is a universal symbol of "The Great Work" ~ the union of Microcosm with Macrocosm, of Subject with Object, of Male and Female principles through Tantric ritual ~ which is the main objective of all magick, mysticism, and religion. Uniting the Male element represented by the letter Y with the Female element represented by the letter U we have, 5 + 6 = 11 ~ the number of Magick, describing both method, and desired result.
